Protecting your applications and account information is an important part of our service.

Application files submitted for testing are stored using secure infrastructure and are accessible only to authorized systems and personnel involved in delivering the requested testing services.

After your testing cycle has been completed, application files, temporary testing data, and related cached information are retained only for the period reasonably necessary to support the service and troubleshoot issues.

Unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes, testing-related application data is generally removed within approximately 30 days after completion of the testing service.

Certain records, including invoices, payment records, and account information, may be retained for several years where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
