Terms of Service
1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the AppConsoleLab platform (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.
Payments for our services are processed through our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle is responsible for securely processing transactions, issuing invoices, handling payment-related customer support, and managing eligible refunds in accordance with their policies.
Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any future revisions made in accordance with this agreement.
2. Our Services
AppConsoleLab provides a Business-to-Business (B2B) software testing platform designed to assist Android developers in evaluating their applications during Google Play testing phases.
Our platform coordinates access to a network of dedicated Android testing devices and facilitates structured testing sessions that typically span fourteen (14) days. At the conclusion of the testing period, users receive digital testing information and related activity records generated through our platform.
The Service is delivered entirely in digital form and is classified as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering. AppConsoleLab does not manufacture, rent, sell, or ship physical devices or hardware.
Delivery of the purchased service is considered complete once the scheduled testing cycle has finished and the associated digital reports, logs, or testing records have been made available to the customer.
3. User Responsibilities
To use the Service, you must provide accurate and functional information required for testing, including publicly accessible or appropriately configured Google Play testing links that are available to the assigned testing devices.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity performed through your account will be considered your responsibility unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
By submitting an application to AppConsoleLab, you represent and warrant that:
You own the application or have the legal authority to submit it for testing.
Your submission does not violate any intellectual property rights, contractual obligations, or applicable laws.
The information you provide is accurate and kept up to date throughout the testing period.
Failure to provide valid information or maintain accessible testing resources may interrupt or prevent completion of your testing cycle. AppConsoleLab shall not be responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use AppConsoleLab only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Uploading or submitting applications that contain malicious software, including but not limited to viruses, spyware, ransomware, trojans, cryptocurrency miners, or other harmful code that may compromise our infrastructure or testing devices.
Submitting applications intended to facilitate piracy, unauthorized streaming services, IPTV violations, copyright infringement, or other unlawful activities.
Using our testing platform to manipulate public ratings, reviews, engagement metrics, installs, or other marketplace signals through deceptive practices.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, software, APIs, databases, dashboards, or internal infrastructure.
Copying, reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or attempting to discover the underlying source code, architecture, or proprietary technologies used by AppConsoleLab.
Interfering with the normal operation, security, or availability of the Service in any manner.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, cancellation of any active testing sessions, and loss of eligibility for refunds where permitted under our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the AppConsoleLab platform, including its website, dashboard, software, user interface, branding, documentation, source code, proprietary processes, and other related materials, remain the exclusive property of AppConsoleLab or its licensors. These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of any AppConsoleLab intellectual property to you. Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service.
Ownership of your submitted application, including its source code, graphics, trademarks, and associated content, remains entirely with you or the applicable rights holder. By submitting your application through our platform, you grant AppConsoleLab a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and temporary license to install, access, execute, and evaluate your application solely for the purpose of providing the requested testing services. This license automatically terminates once the testing engagement has concluded.
6. Payments, Service Delivery, and Digital Fulfillment
Payments for AppConsoleLab services are securely processed through our designated Merchant of Record, including Paddle or any other authorized payment partner made available through our platform.
Because each order requires the allocation of testing devices, platform resources, and infrastructure immediately after processing begins, our services are considered digitally fulfilled once the testing cycle has commenced.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy, completed or active testing services are generally non-refundable.
Customers agree not to initiate unwarranted payment disputes or chargebacks after AppConsoleLab has allocated resources or begun delivering the purchased service. In the event of a disputed transaction, AppConsoleLab may provide supporting evidence to the payment processor or financial institution, including but not limited to service activation records, testing logs, device allocation records, communication history, timestamps, and other relevant documentation demonstrating fulfillment of the purchased service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AppConsoleLab provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
AppConsoleLab does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every application or development environment. While we make reasonable efforts to provide reliable testing services, we cannot guarantee any particular outcome regarding Google Play review decisions or publication status.
Under no circumstances shall AppConsoleLab, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from:
Your access to or inability to access the Service.
Delays, interruptions, or technical issues affecting the platform.
Decisions, actions, or policies implemented by Google LLC or the Google Play Console.
Any third-party products, services, or content accessed through or in connection with our platform.
AppConsoleLab operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Google LLC or any of its subsidiaries. Any approval, rejection, suspension, removal, or other action relating to an application submitted to Google Play remains solely within Google's discretion.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppConsoleLab, its owners, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising directly or indirectly from:
Your use or misuse of the Service.
Your violation of these Terms of Service.
Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
Any allegation that your submitted application infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, contractual obligations, or other legal rights of another party.
Any damage caused by your application to our systems, testing devices, infrastructure, or third-party services.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of your use of the Service.
9. Changes to the Service and These Terms
AppConsoleLab reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time and at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, platform features, pricing, functionality, testing procedures, supported integrations, and service availability.
We may also revise these Terms of Service whenever necessary to reflect changes in our business practices, legal obligations, or the functionality of the Service.
If we make changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice, typically at least fifteen (15) days before the revised Terms become effective. Less significant updates may become effective immediately upon publication.
By continuing to access or use the Service after updated Terms take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised version. If you do not agree with the changes, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AppConsoleLab conducts its business operations, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located within that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Any failure or delay by AppConsoleLab to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights available under these Terms.
